Professional Roblox Soccer
PRS Guru Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what PRS Guru (the "Bot"), run by Professional Roblox Soccer ("PRS", "we"), stores about you, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what the game needs. We never sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.
1. What we store
- Your Discord user ID, the number Discord gives your account, which is how the Bot knows your game data is yours.
- Your Discord display name, shown on leaderboards, matches and your profile.
- Your game data: coins, XP and level, the cards and packs you own, your teams and lineups, match results and player statistics, arena points and seasons, objectives, daily rewards, cooldowns, and a log of coin changes used to find bugs and abuse.
- Content you add: your club name and any team logo you upload. Logos are stored as image files with a public link, because Discord needs a link to show them.
- Reports: when you use
/report, the player reported, the reason and the details you write are sent to a private PRS moderator channel. - Moderation records: bans from the Bot and their reason.
The Bot does not read your messages, does not use the message content or presence intents, does not store your email, IP address or real name, and does not track you outside Discord.
To show a server leaderboard, the Bot asks Discord which players on the leaderboard are members of that server. This is kept in memory for up to 10 minutes and never saved.
2. Player cards
Cards show PRS league players by their Roblox username, Roblox avatar, club, nation and ratings, which are already public in PRS. Roblox user IDs are stored with each card so a player's card follows them through name changes and approved account switches. If you are a PRS player and want your card changed or removed, open a ticket.
3. Why we use it
We use this data only to run the game (your collection, teams, matches, rewards and leaderboards), to keep it fair (finding alternate accounts, bugs and abuse, and handling reports and bans), and to fix problems and keep the Bot fast.
4. Who can see it
Other users can see what the game shows: your display name, club name, logo, teams, cards, matches, arena rank and leaderboard positions. PRS staff who run the Bot can see all of the data above.
The data is processed by the services the Bot runs on, only to run it: Supabase (the database and logo storage), our server provider Contabo (the Bot's server), and Discord. We may also share data if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Game data is kept while you play. Backups of the database are kept for 14 days and then deleted. Ban records are kept for as long as the ban lasts. Match history and the coin log are kept to keep results and the economy correct.
6. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your game data to be deleted, by opening a ticket with /ticket in the main PRS Discord server. Deleting your game data removes your cards, teams, coins, progress and packs and cannot be undone. Some records may be kept where they are needed for fairness, such as bans and the results other players' records depend on, in which case they no longer show your name.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you should not use the Bot. If we learn that we hold data of someone who is too young, we delete it.
7. Security
The database is only reachable by the Bot with a private key, and access to the server is limited to PRS staff who run the Bot. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Bot after a change, the updated policy applies.
9. Contact
For anything about your data, open a ticket with /ticket in the main PRS Discord server.
